Calling ironmen – Coffee, fellowship and the Prayer: A Remix DVD by Louie Giglio

You’re invited to come along to the ironmen meeting this Wednesday night (24/03/10) at 7.30pm in the mansion.  We are screening the DVD – “Prayer: A Remix” by Louie Giglio.

“Bless me. Be with me. Watch over and protect me. Forgive me.  Listen to the way you pray, and to the prayers of those around you, and you’ll hear these four tried and true phrases often — familiar words we’ve probably been saying over and over to God since we first learned how to pray.  Yet, while these prayers are part of the Biblical journey, the fact that they dominate our conversations with God can indicate a me-centered faith that is distant from the new Testament adventure we are called to in Christ”.

This is an inspirational video and we would like to invite all men along.   So come along, coffee and fellowship.

Winning at Work and Home, a 16-session study which is held fortnightly, that focuses on the two areas which are central to a man’s life: career and family. 7.30pm @ The Mansion,  Wednesday 31st March 2010.  This week is session 1 “A Man and His Mirrors”.  Please bring workbook, Pen and Paper.
